Here you find answers to some frequently asked questions. If you have any more questions don’t hesitate to get in contact with us.

 

Cancellation

Cancellations and shifts are part of our everyday business. However we ask you to inform us in time. Changes should be made no later than 6 pm on the day before your arriving.

 

Showers

There are no showers in the hut. In our bathrooms you can find cold running water for your body care.

 

Phone

Phone connection in and around the hut is excellent. It is also possible to charge cell phones and other batteries via sockets.

 

Slippers

In the entrance area you find slippers in different sizes.

 

Dogs

If dogs can sleep outside in the wooden shelter under the terrace, they are welcome to stay with us. Dogs are not allowed in the hut.

 

Children

We are a child friendly hut. The footpath to and the environment around the hut is not dangerous. Children can let off steam outside unattended.

 

Parking lots in Saas-Almagell

For a small amount of 5 francs per day, there are multiple parking lots available in the entrance and centre of the village.

Sleeping bags

The beds are all equipped with duvets. For hygienic reasons it is recommended to bring your own silk sleeping bag.

 

Drying room

There is enough drinking water in the hut. You can fill your bottles with tap water in the toilets or take it from the fountain outside.

 

Trockenraum

There is no drying room inside the hut. There is a possibility to dry wet clothes outside on the clothesline.

 

Vegetarians and allergy sufferer

If you are vegetarian, allergy sufferer, gluten or lactose intolerant you are pleased to give any important information to us while booking or at least when you arrive. We endeavour to offer you alternative foods.

WLAN

We don’t have WLAN connection for our guests. Connection over the mobile network is excellent.

 

Means of payment

In addition to cash (CHF or Euro), you can pay with Visa, Master, Maestro and AmericanExpress.
